|Recommended: YesPerfect — These are the most charming and well kept older apartments in the area It’s very quiet both outside and inside the apartment.
The office staff is so nice and always available If you come to see the place and apply, see Etsub pronounced Ět-soob bc she is patient and she is a good communicator
I have a one bedroom with a patio and my dog loves it bc he’s getting older and can’t do steps well I’m growing vegetables in planters as if I have my own yard
I am walking distance to NFCU Harris Teeter a beautiful park where there are water fountains coming out of the ground for kids and adults to play in to keep cool and, various restaurants
I can’t say enough good things about this really cute apartment community It’s great here

|Recommended: NoHumedad En Las Habitaciones — Todas las habitaciones tienen filtraciones de agua la cual humedecen mucho, la ropa, closeth, muebles se le junta mucho moho, hemos tenido mucha perdida de ropa, muebles, el personal de mantenimiento ya ha llegado a ver y tomar fotografía pero esto no han solventado hasta el momento.
Hola Nicolas, Lamentamos que estés experimentando fugas en tu apartamento. Nuestro equipo de mantenimiento se comunicará con usted hoy para inspeccionar el deshumidificador en el armario HVAC para determinar la causa y resolver el problema. Gracias nuevamente por informarnos sobre este problema.

|Recommended: YesWe've lived here for 6 years and love it It has everything we need and we love the community. There are resident events at the office every month so we can meet more of our neighbors. The location of the apartment community can't be beat - close enough to walk to Ballston, the Central library, and several parks, but much of the community is slightly off the busy roads so you get the quiet of the neighborhood. Lots of greenspace on the property, too The buildings are a bit older so if you're looking for a brand new flashy place this isn't it, but that's not a priority for my family so we're happy Parking is always easy to find, maintenance requests are completed timely and the maintenance team is so nice , our experience living here has been overall quite positive
