Arlington Apartments with a Direct Metro Ride to Capitol Hill

Arlington is one of the easiest places in Virginia to live if you work on Capitol Hill. From Ballston, Courthouse and East Falls Church, Orange and Silver Line trains run directly to Capitol South with no transfer, in roughly 20 to 30 minutes.

Why Arlington works well for Hill staff

Capitol South station sits next to the House office buildings, and the Orange and Silver Lines stop there on every trip. That means a one-seat ride from much of Arlington. You also get walkable neighborhoods, plenty of restaurants and a little more space than you'd find in many DC apartments.
